Everyone knows the popular HBO show “The Game Of Thrones”, or the book series, or, at the very least, cannot avoid the conversations about “The Game Of Thrones”. However, did you ever wonder if you could actually PLAY The Game of Thrones yourself? Here are a few ways you can actually play The Game of Thrones.

Musical version:  Play musical chairs, and designate one chair as the Iron Throne by placing few steel tacks on it.

Dodgeball version:  Wear tags with the name of your favorite characters. One of the players, referred to as “George R. R. Martin”, will throw balls to knock out random characters out of the game.

Angry Birds version:  Launch angry dragons into the city with a slingshot. Unlike Angry Birds, this game will have the option to negotiate with pigs the terms of their surrender.

Strip poker version:  Watch the HBO show, and play a round of poker whenever a character onscreen undresses.

Game of Thrones March Madness:  Make up your brackets with the various Houses to try to predict the one that will win the national title.

Farmville version: Like in regular Farmville, you can grow crops and livestock, but you can also burn and pillage the farms of your Facebook friends.

Super Mario version: Guide your hero, a short but charismatic Myrion to help him win the princess and conquer the Porcelain Throne.

Tetris version: Assign names of the Houses to Tetris game pieces. Play the game by forming alliances between various Houses while trying to annihilate as many Houses as possible.

Hide and seek version: Hide from the office conversations about the Game of Thrones, and seek shelter in your cubicle.

  1. The Farmville version I could totally go for, if only for the chance to burn the crops of people who Facebook me asking to play Farmville.

    • You can block all game requests in Facebook. But if that doesn’t work, then yes, burning and pillaging would be the only option left.

      • I’d rather just skip the first option and go with the latter. Mostly because the fact that they can play Farmville means they have more free time than I do, which really pisses me off…

      • But if you block these games, you won’t know that they have free time. And I doubt you have the time to worry about who is playing and how much time they spend on that.

      • You’re absolutely right. If they want to spend their free time pretending to work on a farm, who am I to stop them? Besides, taking time to pillage means giving up valuable waste-basket basketball training time.
