One Paragraph Essay: Getting Young People To Vote

They say more young people vote for the next American Idol than in the Presidential Election, but I think with a few changes, our nation could change that trend.  First of all, allow people to vote with their cell phones.  I say if they want to take their phones in the voting booths let them!  Second, instead of having names like Barack Obama and Mitt Romney on the ballot, put names that people actually recognize, like John F. Kennedy and Abraham Lincoln.  And finally, the people running the polls shouldn’t intimidate voters by doing things like yelling at them for taking cuts in line and trying to cram into voting booths with other voters.  America truly needs to make some important changes to its presidential elections if its citizens want young people to head to the polls.
