8 more days. That was all he had to wait and he would certainly be rescued….right?
In the last couple of weeks, the temperatures had slowly dropped below 10 degrees, 5 degrees, and now below 0. He had only a weeks worth of rations to start with. It’s amazing how frugal a person can become in desperate times.
Not only was it cold, but it was dark. That may be the worst part. All your fears seem a lot more real in the dark.
Like arachnaphobia. That was a scary one. Or clownophobia. Yikes! Or the worst of all, clowns-riding-giant-spidersaphobia. This is a nightmare! Will somebody turn the heat up!?!……
Oh, thank god! I didn’t realize the thermostat was right next to the sofa, there. Oh, and there is a light switch there too? Very good, very good. Yes, that does feel better.
Actually it’s a little stuffy now.
First of all – Regarding Jason Gooley – HIs self information piece – not so sure he DOES have the average amount of cells! He is WAY above average on some, while lacking on a couple. Tee hee hee, he actually is RIDICULOUS – LY FUNNY!!
As for this storyline – it sounds greatly like an EDGAR ALLAN POE PIECE, hmmmm, I see a Pulitzer in JG’s future.: )
